747.04 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall conduct or operate a Sweepstakes Terminal Café without having first obtained a Sweepstakes Terminal Café license as provided in this chapter.

(b) No person shall display or allow the use of any Computerized Sweepstakes Device without having first obtained a Sweepstakes Terminal Device License as provided in this chapter. A separate license is required for each Sweepstakes Terminal Device.
