105.01 ORGANIZATION.
   The City shall be subdivided into four wards, the boundaries of which shall be as follows:
   (a)   First Ward. The First Ward shall contain all that territory beginning at a point which is the intersection of the centerline of East State Street with the centerline of North Lundy Avenue; thence north along the centerline of North Lundy Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of East Fourth Street; thence east along the centerline of East Fourth Street a distance of 360 feet but to the center of a 16 foot alley; thence north along the centerline of such alley to its intersection with the centerline of East Seventh Street; thence east along the centerline of East Seventh Street to its intersection with the centerline of Superior Avenue; thence south along the centerline of Superior Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of North Lincoln Avenue; thence northeast along the centerline of North Lincoln Avenue to its intersection with the north corporation line; thence west along the corporation line 943.7 feet to a corner; thence north 623 feet along the easterly line of Waterworth Memorial Park to a corner; thence west 418.44 feet along the north line of such Park; thence south 302.58 feet to a corner; thence west 471.24 to a corner; thence south 265.32 feet along the westerly line of Waterworth Memorial Park to a point on the corporation line; thence west 462 feet to a corner on the corporation line, such corner being 660 feet east of the centerline of North Ellsworth Avenue; thence north and parallel to North Ellsworth Avenue to its intersection with the extreme north corporation line; thence west but along the north corporation line to a corner, such corner being 909.38 feet west of the centerline of North Ellsworth Avenue; thence north 75.36 feet to a corner; thence west 887.51 feet to a corner; thence south alone the west corporation line to its intersection with the centerline of Benton Road; thence south 205.09 feet to a corner; thence west 168.45 feet to a corner; thence northerly 300.51 feet to a point, such point being on the south right-of-way line of Benton Road (SR-14); thence northwesterly 119.90 feet along the south right-of-way line of § Benton Road (SR-14) to a corner; thence south 188.82 feet to a corner; thence west 158.40 feet l to a corner; thence south 415.26 feet to a point, such point along the north right-of-way line of West State Street;    (b)   Second Ward. The Second Ward shall contain all that territory beginning at a point which is the intersection of the center line of West State Street with the west corporation line; thence east along the center lines of West State Street and East State Street to its intersection with the center line of South Lincoln Avenue; thence southeast along the center line of South Lincoln Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Franklin Avenue; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Franklin Avenue to a point 362.8 feet southeasterly of the intersection of Southeast Boulevard; thence southwesterly along the corporation line to its intersection with the centerline of South Lincoln Avenue; thence southerly 95 feet, more or less, along the centerline of South Lincoln Avenue to its intersection with the north right-of-way line of the Conrail Railroad; thence northwesterly along such railroad right-of-way 540 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the south line; thence following the property line of a 64.951 acre tract now or formerly owned by Superior's Brand Meats, Inc. to a point on the south line of section 6 Perry Township which is 2349.9 feet east of the southwest corner of section 6; thence northerly 153.30 feet to its intersection with the southerly corporation line which is the north right-of-way line of CR 444 (Snyder Rd.); thence northwesterly 2659.62 feet, more or less, along the southerly corporation line which is also the north right-of-way line of CR 444 (Snyder Rd); thence northerly 53.23 feet to a corner on the corporation line; thence west along the southerly corporation line to its intersection with the west corporation line; thence north along the west corporation line to its intersection with the centerline of West State Street and the place of beginning.
   (c)   Third Ward.    (d)   Fourth Ward. The Fourth Ward shall contain all that territory beginning at a point which is formed by the intersection of the center line of South Lincoln Avenue and the center line of Franklin Avenue; thence east and south along the center line of Franklin Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Maple Street; thence east along the center line of Maple Street to its intersection with the center line of Washington Avenue; thence north along the center line of Washington Avenue to its intersection with the center line of East State Street; thence east along the center line of East State Street to its intersection with the east corporation line; thence southerly and along the corporation line to a corner; thence easterly and along the corporation line to a corner of lands now or formerly owned by Zilavy-Dolansky Development Company; thence southerly 154.8 feet to a point; thence easterly 83.62 feet to a point; thence southerly 533.9 feet to a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Butcher Road; thence long the northwesterly right-of-way line of Butcher Road 833.26 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Cunningham Road and the corporation line; thence southerly 1313.63 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Cunningham Road and the corporation line; thence westerly 1741.3 feet to a point being the southwesterly corner of lands now or formerly owned by Zilavy-Dolansky Development Company; thence continuing westerly along the corporation g line to a corner; thence southerly along the corporation line to a corner; thence easterly and along the corporation line to a corner; thence southerly and along the corporation line to a g corner; thence westerly to a corner; thence southerly and along the easterly boundary lines of the lots located on the easterly side of Fairview Avenue to a corner on the corporation line; thence westerly and along the southerly corporation line to a corner; then north along the corporation line to a corner; thence westerly and along the southerly corporation line to a point g of intersection with the center line of Franklin Avenue; thence northerly with the center line of Franklin Avenue to a corner; thence westerly with the corporation line; thence north along the westerly boundary lines of the lots located on the westerly side of Franklin Avenue to the center line of Franklin Avenue; thence northwesterly and west along the center line of Franklin Ave. to its intersection with the center line of South Lincoln Avenue and the place of beginning."
