139.05 REFERENCE TO PUBLIC SERVICE DIRECTOR OR PUBLIC SAFETY DIRECTOR THROUGHOUT THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES.

   Pursuant to the combination of positions of the Public Service Director and Public Safety Director by the legislative authority, and the requirement that the combined office carry out the duties of both previous positions, any reference to either Director individually any place in the Codified or uncodified ordinances of the City of Salem shall be deemed to be a reference to the combined Director of Public Service and Safety.
