169.01 DEFINITIONS

   (a)   “Board” means the Tourism Board of the City of Salem.

   (b)   “City” means the City of Salem.

   (c)   “ Council” means the Council of the City of Salem.

   (d)   “Mission Statement” means a description of the core purposes of the Tourism Board.

   (e)   “Quarterly” means a meeting in March, June, September and December.
