Whenever work is ready for inspection or reinspection, at least twenty-four hours notice shall be given to the Sanitarian, who shall cause an inspection to be made and he shall make a record of such inspection. If the work is found to be defective, the plumbing contractor, in charge, or owner, shall be notified and the defects shall be corrected within six days of such notice and the Sanitarian shall again be notified for reinspection.
