Any person, partnership or corporation engaged in plumbing in the City, shall, in addition to filing a bond, pay an annual registration and license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) at the time the bond is filed. Every journeyman plumber engaged in plumbing in the City, shall pay a registration fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) and an annual renewal license fee of ten dollars ($10.00). All licenses shall expire on December 31 of each year.
