(a) Any use permitted in the M-1 Light Industrial District, except that no dwelling other than that for a resident watchman or caretaker employed on the premises shall be permitted.
(b) Manufacturing processes conducted wholly within an enclosed building consisting in whole or in part of cutting, forging, stamping, casting, extruding, drilling, rolling, welding, brazing, soldering, sawing, cleaning, sand or shot blasting, grinding, enameling, painting, galvanizing, finishing, heat treating or machining.
(c) Making of metal alloy products from brass, bronze, pewter, lead, or aluminum, including smelting or founding.
(d) Manufacture or assembly of bolts, nuts, screws and rivets, ornamental iron products, firearms, tools, dies, machinery and hardware products, sheet metal or steel products.
(e) Manufacturing uses similar to those above.
(f) No lot or premises may be used for auto wrecking, scrap yard or junk yard which would include, but not be limited to, the collection, sorting or processing of scrap or salvage material or for the storage of such material or for the extraction of gravel, sand or other raw material.
