(a) Any permissive use of C-3 Districts.
(b) Automotive parking lot or parking garage, public or private.
(c) Mortuary or funeral home. Crematorium, only as an accessory to a funeral home or mortuary as defined in 1135.01
(a) (1) and (2).
(d) Personal services uses including taxicab, tattoo parlor, or other uses of similar character.
(e) Pet groomer or boarder.
(f) Veterinarian, animal hospital or kennel.
(g) General service and repair establishments, including dyeing or cleaning works or laundry, plumbing and heating, printing, painting.
(h) Private clubs, fraternity, sorority or lodge.
(i) Farm implements, sale and repair.
(j) Frozen food locker.
(k) Drive-in establishment, including restaurant and theater.
(l) Lumber yard.
(m) Bus terminal.
(n) Compounding of cosmetics, toiletries, drugs, and pharmaceutical products.
(o) Light manufacturing of rugs, mattresses, pillows, quilts, millinery, hosiery, clothing and fabrics, and printing and finishing of textiles and fibers into fabric goods.
(p) Manufacture or assembly of small medical and dental equipment, drafting, optical and musical instruments, watches, clocks, toys, games and electrical or electronic apparatus or sporting equipment.
(q) Manufacture or storage of food products, including beverage blending or bottling, bakery products, candy manufacture, fruit or vegetable processing and canning, packing and processing meat and poultry products, but not slaughtering of poultry or animals.
(r) Manufacture of boxes, crates, furniture, baskets and other wood products of a similar nature, in a completely enclosed building.
(s) Manufacture of envelopes or tinsmithing.
(t) Tire sales and service, not more than 10% of the lot or tract occupied by such establishment shall be used for the open and unenclosed storage of materials or equipment.
(u) Bowling alley or billiard parlor, electronic games such as video games, pinball, air hockey, bocce courts.
(v) Any permissive use of C-1 Districts.
