1147.11 TIME LIMITS.

The construction, alteration or repair designated by a zoning permit must be commenced and at least ten percent (10%) completed within six months after issuance of the zoning permit, and the work shall be completed within one and a half years after issuance of the permit, or the zoning permit shall become null and void.
