1147.10 SIGNATURE OF ZONING OFFICER REQUIRED.
   Every permit issued by the Zoning Officer under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance shall have his signature affixed thereto; but this shall not prevent him from authorizing a subordinate to affix such signature.
