1147.03 PLANS.

(a) Application for permits shall be accompanied by such drawings of the proposed work, drawn to scale, including such floor plans, sections, elevations and structural details as the Zoning Officer may require.

(b) Applications for all permits shall be accompanied by evidence of the cost value of the project.
