(a) No person shall construct, alter, repair, remove or demolish or shall commence the construction, alteration, removal or demolition of a building or structure, without first filing with the Zoning Officer an application in writing and obtaining a formal permit. A permit is not required for interior construction, repairs, alterations, removal or demolition that does not involve load bearing walls, electrical or plumbing. (Ord. 1050317-11. Passed 5-6-15.)
(b) A temporary permit may be issued by the Zoning Officer when evidence of a cost value is not yet available.
