1145.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation, either as a contractor or subcontractor who fails or refuses to comply with the requirements of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more then five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
