1125.20 CONCRETE SIDEWALKS.
   (a)    This work shall consist of constructing sidewalks composed of non-reinforced Portland cement concrete, constructed on a prepared subgrade and in accordance with details indicated on Standard Drawing A-1 or B-1, B-2, B-3 when required by the Planning Commission.
 
   (b)    The sidewalks shall not be less than four inches thick and a minimum width of four feet. Walks of greater width than four feet shall be required in areas of heavy pedestrian traffic as determined by the Planning Commission in their approval of any proposed plan of lot or lots or additions in the City.
 
   (c)    Specifications for the materials and methods of construction shall be those of the current specifications of the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Specifications.
 
   (d)    The sidewalk grade is to be parallel to the paving grade. When the sidewalk grade line is not parallel to the paving grade, the subdivider's engineer shall indicate this by special section on his drawings which shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Commission.
