The following information may be required of the subdivider's/developer's engineer along with the final plans when they are presented for approval:
(a) Drainage calculations.
(b) Calculations for catch basin location.
(c) Item by item estimate of the project construction cost based on the current cost of labor and material.
(d) Quantities of granular material required to replace unsuitable subgrade material.
