(a) The following sheets will be required in the preparation of construction plans:
(1) Title;
(2) Typical section;
(3) General notes and calculations;
(4) General summary;
(5) Plan and profiles;
(6) Cross sections.
(b) Each sheet shall not measure more than 24" x 36".
(c) Before final approval, the following signatures shall appear on the title sheet and in the following order:
(1) Superintendent of Utilities;
(2) City Engineer.
(d) All construction materials and suppliers being used shall be approved by the Superintendent of Utilities and/or Service Director prior to the start of construction.
