(a) Where an approved sanitary sewer is accessible to the development, all necessary mains and laterals for connection from the lots to the system, as shown on the conditional approval, shall be installed by the subdivider.
(b) Where sewage collection and treatment is provided on a project basis or is to be provided on the individual lots, the subdivider shall furnish evidence that his plan of collection and treatment meets the requirements of Section 1113.07(c) to (e) as a minimum. If a project system is to be used, all necessary mains, laterals and treatment facilities shall be installed by the subdivider.
