1101.01 PURPOSE.

   These Subdivision Regulations have been prepared and adopted for the following purposes:

   (a)    To assist in an orderly, efficient and integrated development of the City;

   (b)    To promote thereby the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the residents of the City;

   (c)    To insure conformance of subdivision plans with the public improvement plans of the City;

   (d)    To insure coordination of inter-municipal public improvement plans and programs;

   (e)    To secure equitable handling of all subdivision plans by providing uniform procedures and standards for observance both of subdivisions and the Planning Commission.
