(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues is deemed a separate offense.
(b) In addition to the penalty in subsection (a) hereof, the offender shall receive a revocation of his privilege to use the facilities for a period not to exceed one year, and shall be required to replace any property damaged by him.
