925.04 WATER USE CHARGES.
INSIDE CITY WATER RATES
Subject to 925.03 , the monthly water rates for all users of the Salem Public Water Supply inside the City of Salem corporation limits shall be based upon the volume of water used monthly as recorded by the water meters of the City of Salem or other authorized meters as follows:
   (a)   Inside City water rates effective for all bills due after January 1, 2022.

   (d)   Bills paid after the due date shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) penalty.
