(a) No person shall obstruct any sidewalk of the City with any box, barrel or any merchandise of any description.
(b) No person shall erect or permit to exist any awning posts, or frames therefor, extending across any sidewalk of the City unless such items are seven feet or more above the sidewalk. Materials must be approved by the State of Ohio Building Department for structural integrity and design. No posts or frames may be anchored into the sidewalk or curb. This ordinance is for commercial buildings only.
