901.09 CONSTRUCTION METHODS.
   (a)    Sidewalks shall be constructed of class "C" Portland cement concrete or equal.
   (b)    Methods of construction shall be those set forth in the current State of Ohio Department of Highways Construction and Materials Specifications, Item 608.
