745.08 ALARM BUSINESS PERMIT.

An annual permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be due and payable on July 1, 1986 and on July 1 of each subsequent year for each alarm business doing business within the City. Such permit fee shall not be pro-rated.
