713.10 SANITARY REQUIREMENTS.

All bowling alleys shall be kept in a clean, healthful and sanitary condition. The Housing, Planning and Zoning Officer shall have the power to determine if the rooms are so kept, and for this purpose shall, when desired, have the assistance of the Fire Inspector.
