The fee for the license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each business location licensed. A further fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) shall be charged for each pool table or billiard table operated in such business locations during the year for which the license is granted. In case of poolroom or billiard room combined, the annual license fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each pool table or billiard table.
