(a) Each ambulance company and each ambulance and its equipment doing business in the City shall comply with the provisions of Section 4766.03 and Section 4766.07 of the Ohio Revised Code and all rules and regulations promulgated by the Ohio Ambulance Licensing Board.
(b) Any ambulance service desiring to provide service within the City shall provide information to the City which will prove that has been certified to provide ambulance service according to all specifications within these standards.
