(a) Whoever violates Section 523.02(a) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(b) Any person violating any of the other provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. The sentencing Court may, in addition to or in lieu of the penalty provided herein, require a person who violates a provision of this chapter to remove litter from any public or private property, or in or on any waters.
