(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, corporation, or association violating any of the provisions of §§ 112.15 through 112.24, in addition to the revocation or his, her, or its license, shall be liable for a fine or penalty in an amount as set forth in § 35.01 for each offense. Each day of noncompliance or violation shall constitute a separate offense.
