§ 112.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICES. Any machine or device, which upon the insertion of a coin, slug, token, plate, or disc, or by the payment of any price, may be operated by the public generally by manipulating special equipment whereby a score is established, such amusement machine or device being based upon a card game or similar to machines commonly referred to as slot machines, poker machines, electronic poker machines, joker poker machines, or cherry machines.
   PERSON, FIRM, CORPORATION, or ASSOCIATION. Shall include the following:
      (1)   Any person, firm, corporation, or association which owns, leases, maintains, or displays any mechanical or electronic amusement machine or device;
      (2)   The person, firm, corporation, or association in whose place of business any such machine or device is placed for use by the public; and
      (3)   The person, firm, corporation, or association having control over such machine or device; provided, however, that the payment of such fee by any person, firm, corporation, or association enumerated herein shall be deemed in compliance with this section.
