In the event any violation of this subchapter is of a continuing nature, the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to seek an injunction in the circuit court to enjoin the operation of the offending amusement establishment as a nuisance and the operation of the mechanical or electronic amusement device(s), cigarette machine(s), or jukebox(es) located therein. The Chief of Police shall bring such action in the name of the village.
