§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   This division (B) will apply to any violations of § 92.27. Such violations may include a penalty as set forth in § 35.01. Violations will be issued by the village under a village ordinance ticket.
