§ 92.27 LAKES AND PONDS.
   (A)   No person shall throw stones, sticks, rubbish, garbage, or any other thing into any lake, pond, pool, or stream in the parks, or foul in any manner any drinking fountain. No person shall swim or place any watercraft in or upon any of the lakes or ponds within the park property.
   (B)   Any person fishing in and around any lakes or ponds within the village limits must first obtain a permit from the village. The permit will allow the permit holder to fish from designated fishing areas. Fishing is limited to the use of hook and line, while fishing with spears, bow and arrow, or nets is prohibited.
      (1)   Any person fishing in the lakes or ponds must comply with the village fishing regulations, which will be published on an annual basis, and all state fishing regulations.
      (2)   The permits are for fishing only and shall not be construed to authorize the use of outboard or inboard motors on personal watercraft on waters which are situated in the village. The use of outboard and inboard motors on personal watercraft thereon is expressly prohibited.
      (3)   The use of alcohol and/or firearms is strictly prohibited.
