§ 92.62 PROHIBITED STOPPING PLACES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand, or park such vehicle in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device:
      (1)   In any intersection;
      (2)   In a crosswalk;
      (3)   At any place where the standing of any vehicle will block the use of any roadway;
      (4)   On any sidewalk or parkway;
      (5)   On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a boulevard; or
      (6)   At any place where traffic-control devices have been erected prohibiting stopping, standing, and parking.
   (B)   The speed limit for all vehicles in the park or on Second Avenue from Grant Street North shall be ten mph and from Second Avenue to Chicago Avenue on Grand Street said speed limit shall be 20 mph.
