(A) No intoxicated person shall enter, be, or remain in the parks, pathways, parkways, boulevards, buildings, and improvements thereof, or such other lands as now or may hereafter be under the control of the village.
(B) No alcoholic liquors shall be sold, brought within, given away, or consumed in any park, playground, athletic field, or other outdoor facility, without a special permit for a confined area as issued upon request from the village.
