(A) No person shall interfere with, or in any manner hinder any employee of the village while engaged in constructing, repairing, or caring for any park property; nor shall any person solicit any employee of the village while such employee is on duty.
(B) No officer or employee of the village shall supply, to any person, lists of the names and addresses of employees of the village.
