§ 92.26 PULLING PLANTINGS; REMOVAL OR INJURING OF TREES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, pull, tear up, or sever any flower or flowers, shrubs, plants, or trees growing in said parks. And it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to tramp down, or in any way or manner injure, or destroy any flowers, shrubs, plants, trees, or any property whatsoever in, on, or about said parks. No person shall break, cut, mutilate or injure, remove, or carry away, any tree, shrub, plant, flower, stone or stone work, bench, chair, seat, bower, stand, structure, signs, fence, or property, or anything whatsoever, in, upon, or near any park in this village or any street, avenue, or anything whatsoever in, upon, or near any park in this village or any street, avenue, or highway around the same.
