§ 92.05 SALES AND CONCESSIONS; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Offering articles for sale. No person shall offer or expose for sale any article or thing, or do any hawking, peddling, or soliciting, or buy or offer to buy an article or thing, or take up any collection or solicit or receive contributions of money or any thing of value, except when authorized to do so by permit from or contract with the Board of Trustees.

   (B)   Concession and sale; permit required. No person shall erect any stand, or place any stand, wagon, cart, vehicle, trailer, or any public thing to use as a concession for the purpose of selling from, in any park without first obtaining a permit from the Board of Trustees.
