Occupants shall be responsible to:
(A) Make safe and/or properly dispose of dangerous appliances owned by them as required in § 151.092;
(B) Keep dwellings which contain only one dwelling unit free of insects, rodents, and other pests as required in § 151.094;
(C) Keep portions of structures occupied and controlled by them in a clean, sanitary condition as required in § 151.095;
(D) Keep all plumbing fixtures located within the dwelling or dwelling unit in a clean and sanitary condition and exercise reasonable care in the proper use and operation thereof; and
(E) Provide garbage and rubbish disposal containers in accordance with § 151.091; except the owner of a multiple-dwelling shall be responsible for providing the garbage and rubbish disposal containers.
