§ 151.095 SANITATION.
   (A)   General. All dwellings, dormitories, apartment houses, lodging houses, hotels and motels, and properties upon which such structures reside and all portions thereof shall be maintained in a clean, sanitary and safe condition.
   (B)   Responsibility of occupants, interior conditions. All interiors of dwellings, dormitories, apartment houses, lodging houses, hotels and motels, and all potions thereof, shall be maintained free of unsanitary conditions. Among unsanitary conditions, but not limited to, shall include:
      (1)   Trash improperly stored:
      (2)   Trash stored in a manner which attracts infestation, rodents, or vermin;
      (3)   Animal or human waste;
      (4)   Improperly stored food;
      (5)   Unclean or unsanitary kitchen and/or bath conditions; and
      (6)   Bacteria, fungus, or molds.
