§ 94.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 30.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of § 94.002 shall be subject to the penalty provisions of Ch. 37
   (C)   A person who violates any provision of the dangerous dogs provisions, in §§ 94.025 through 94.031, is responsible for a Class D municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine as set forth in § 37.07, plus costs and other sanctions for each infraction. Repeat offenses shall be subject to increased fines as provided by § 37.07.

   (D)   Violation of § 94.047(A) and (G) shall be a civil infraction and punishable as provided in § 70.99(A).

   (E)   Violations of §§ 94.060 through 94.068 shall be deemed a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 and costs of prosecution or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
   (F)   Any person violating a provision of §§ 94.100 through 94.102 shall be responsible for a C municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine as set forth in § 37.07, plus costs and other sanctions for each infraction. Repeat offense shall be subject to increased fines as provided in § 37.07.
