(A) Unless otherwise established by ordinance or other section under this subchapter, a schedule of fines payable to the Bureau for admissions of responsibility by persons served with municipal ordinance violation notices is hereby established. Fines for the classes of municipal civil infractions shall be as follows:

(B) A copy of the schedule of fines, as amended from time to time, shall be posted at the Bureau.
(C) A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues, unless otherwise provided.
