(A) No person shall fail to provide an adequate water supply for any structure or premises owned by him or her, wherein a water supply is a necessary sanitary convenience.
(B) No person shall occupy or use any such structure hereafter erected which is located within 100 feet of a sewer main unless the same be provided with an adequate water supply.
