§ 52.17 PRIVATELY CONSTRUCTED WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS.
   (A)   No person shall construct any private water main which will be served directly or indirectly by the city water distribution system without first obtaining a written permit from the City Engineer. The fee for such a permit shall be approved by City Council and available in the Office of the City Engineer.
   (B)   No person shall install any water connection to any private water main which will be served directly or indirectly by the city water distribution system without first obtaining a written permit from the City Engineer. The fee for such permit shall be approved by City Council and available in the Office of the City Engineer.
   (C)   No person shall install any water extension from a water connection of any private water main which will be served directly or indirectly by the city water distribution system without first obtaining a written permit from the City Engineer. The fee for such permit shall be approved by City Council and available in the Office of the City Engineer.
