(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 30.99.
(B) Any person who shall knowingly, during any such water emergency, use or withdraw water from the city water distribution system for any of the purposes prohibited in § 52.02(C), shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $25 for each violation of § 52.02 and shall, in addition, if he or she refuses to discontinue said violation, be subject to the discontinuance of water service during the continuance of such emergency.

(C) Any person or customer found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 52.23 or any written order of the city in pursuance thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in accordance with § 30.99. Each day upon which a violation of the provisions of this code shall occur shall be deemed a separate and additional violation for the purpose of § 52.23.
