3.54.060   Required contract provisions.
   Every contract subject to this chapter shall contain provisions requiring compliance with this chapter. Such provisions may include but need not be limited to the contractor's duty to promptly provide to the city documents and information verifying its compliance with the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 2004-061 § 1)
