17.836.030   Tentative master parcel map required.
Before land may be divided by a master parcel map, a tentative master parcel map shall be submitted. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the tentative master parcel map shall be processed and acted upon by the subdivision review committee, planning and design commission and city council in accord-ance with the provisions of chapter 17.828. (Ord. 2017-0009 § 24)
