17.824.020   Merger of parcels authorized.
Pursuant to California Government Code section 66499.20.3, the director of public works is authorized to approve the merger requested by the property owner of contiguous parcels under common ownership without reversion to acreage, upon making the findings and utilizing the procedures set forth in this chap-ter. (Ord. 2017-0009 § 21)
