A. Except as provided otherwise in this chapter, any person aggrieved by a decision of the local administrator under this chapter may appeal the local administrator's decision by filing a notice of appeal with the city's building official within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the local administrator's decision. Any such appeal shall be filed with, and heard by, the city's building and fire code advisory and appeals board, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Sections 2.48.120 and 2.48.130 of this code.
B. Any person aggrieved by the building and fire code advisory and appeals board's decision on an appeal may appeal the decision to the city council in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Section 2.48.140 of this code.
C. A copy of all findings and decisions on appeals shall be sent to the local administrator for the annual report to the Federal Insurance Administrator. (Ord. 2011-046 § 2; prior code § 9.26.1007)
