13.08.570   Funds from fees.
   The funds received by the city engineer as connection fees pursuant to Section 13.08.360 of this chapter shall be paid to the redevelopment agency of the city to reimburse said agency for cost incurred in construction of oversized trunk sewers with the district for the benefit of owners within the district.
