12.44.340 Obstructions prohibited.

No person shall construct any sign, marquee, awning, scaffolding, architectural projection or other permanent or temporary structure over an area located within an emergency vehicle right-of-way lane and no building or sign permit shall be issued for such obstruction by the director of the building inspections division. (Prior code § 51.06.602)
